I love this twig, it’s perfect fit, ergonomic design, not too hard on the back, not too soft either. You can also use it to massage your bag or legs. I love it!

Awful and no response from company

The scratcher is not comfortable at all. The bristles are far too sharp. Although they say they offer a money-back guarantee, after reaching out a couple of times, I have yet to receive a response.
